In early 2007, MSR Enterprises, under the leadership of Michael (Mike) Frey, opened its conference center to the business professional. An advocate of lifetime learning, Mike came to the realization that many businesses fail today in one important aspect---- the absence of continuing education. Forty years of corporate experience taught Mike that businesses that  stop learning and stop teaching become stagnant, less competitive, lose market share, and ultimately become …unprofitable. Mike Frey hopes to help change this trend by providing a forum where the business professional can advance ideas, develop new opportunities, create a competitive advantage and provide learning tools to help industry meet the global challenges of the 21st Century.
